The tooth relic of Lord Buddha was brought by the princess Hemamala and hidden in her hair during the reign of the king Kithsirimewan in Anuradhapura period, according to the history of Sri Lanka. The concept of this portrait is based on that the beauty and the hair style of a princess should go together and be cared. Also the beauty of that princess is created in this portrait. Even today the beauty of a lady has unique value if she has beautiful hair, so they have to arrange their hair in a stylish way.
